An important event that brings to a close the winter WINE season at the Bistrot. Michela Dal Borgo will give the first historical and scientific report in Venice on the origins of Malvasia. It will be followed by a tasting session with at least five samples of Malvasia from the North-East, Karst and Istria. It will be led by the runner-up in the sommelier world championships and former chairman of the Italian Wine Sommeliers’ Association Edy Furlan. A short technical introduction will be given by Paolo Chinellato, the provincial representative of the Venice branch of the association.
